Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Company environment and salary in time if it's late they will aploozize on via mail and sent official mail you will get salary on this date over all it was very good experienced from gomechanic Pvt Ltd thanks to them I have done lots of things while working there i was studying and I was not having any support but because of this company I have completed my education

Lay off No job security Didn't received last month salary, TA & Incentives. No one take responsibility in company of employees. Operation team is daily wages labour for them. Lot of pressure of senior, they do nothing only sitting in Ac office & Abuse in WhatsApp groups.
