If you are fresher and wants to learn withoutsalary then ok. Otherwise it's a below level contractor company.

Poor quality of work. Payment delay always holds a month payment and does not give you salary after resignation.

No proper recruiting documents salary not in time No standards of work No treated good with employees if they want to leave the company. Site facility is not good. No proper tool for work, you have to manage anyhow. No upraisal you have to blackmail for it. Working hours is more then you paid. No salary slip is given.

Worst Company Ever to work in. They make you fool on the name of a job. No growth, no salary on times, no proper timing, no respect of a staff, no standard. They call themselves a company but their standard is below a contractor . Even a contractor treats its employee way better than these duffers.

Upto colleague and staff are good. They all are cooperative.

Dislikes

Bosses are cruel. They threaten employees and throw bad languages. No increment. No salary on time. 2 months delay. When you ask at the time of interview about salary they says within 20 days but reality is different.
