Its really great working in Gold Coast, very good culture where even top management helps on issues we face. They see the employees as family. Especially no weekend works, over night works(when not required by clients). Easy access to management and no seniority differences. Everyone handled at same priorities. For freshers it's a good start there will be having good experience and if they do work really well they will have very good salary increment in short term even the beginning salary is less. For experienced ones its a great life changing company for all the scenarios. Where you get promoted for your work and also get well paid..

Dislikes

I don't see any dislike as of now. But it would be great if they conduct monthly meetings with all employees to have a overall idea what happening in the company and changes.
