Very toxic place to work an uneducated staff's very stereotype management still lives in 1990s. most of the senior staff's are Bron an raised up in the same place they never seen any other hotels.. stick with the old rules an regulations.. so no scope for new idea an your improve. even a CGM working for the company for 25 year's he's 1st hotel is this an last to...( he never worked in any other hotels) You have a growth if you act an butter them well this is not good place for honest an heard working ppl.

Currently worked iam 5 years in gokulam its 4 star deluax hotel in kochi. I experience in restaurant and bar and banquet. 2 different type of restaurant in gokulam the name of periyar its a multi cuisine restaurant. And Nilgiris its a specialty restaurant and the great chefs and my colleagues are naturialy experienced. Thats was i liked

Its was 2 building in gokulam only one bakery and buchery thats was negative in the hotel. Thats it.

I resigned from gokulam 2019 march..But my colleague's working there as security supervisor..Mr.Anandan and Mr.manoharan and Mr.sabarinath..All of the security department very well protection and hardworking..
