The behavior of Site Manager is uncivilized and uncultured. Job security is zero. If you have any other option then it is best to stay away from this company.

I dislike working in goel because of 365 days of regular work. Atleast 20-30 days to be provided as a leave in a year so that the employees don't feel tired while working in goel.
