Work culture and management are good as well as Good career growth opportunities and learned various new things. The company doesn't force anyone to do overtime even if it's needed until they are available.

I just think the OT compensation should be a little more other than that nothing else.

Working in Godspeed gives you more motivation and confidence. I have improved my skills and I have learned a lot from my lead and my MD. Very good work culture and Management. We get good support from our management and especially from our HR. Our MD always keeps us motivated. Greate environment to nourish the talent of the employee and enhance the skills.

Personally, I don't hate anything in GSG because they never make me feel like an employee. We are family, we are GSG family

I have been working in Godspeed Games since 2 years, from then till now, it has been a wonderful experience with respect to work culture, policies, job security, work exposure, people here have strong unity and that what makes the organization as a whole to function smoothly. The policies, the work culture always is formed by taking employees views and requirements into consideration, which makes a comfortable place for employees. I have been gaining confidence working here, as the company is open for good and positive changes for our employees that are put forth. In this extreme condition of Covid, all our employees worked hard together even though the WFH situation has been challenging in the initial days and we were successful in facing the challenges and yes, even though in this difficult times our company always was open to promote and appraise our employees. I am glad to be the part of the family and hope to achieve more success with and for the company.

Dislikes

Every work place needs some improvements in various factors, and I am sure those will be done as the company grows day by day. No dislikes or things to mention that can be pointed out.

The company is in process of continuous growth in terms of work, team size and technologies. As per the clientele, the company is working with some really big names in the gaming industry on Mobile and Console platforms located worldwide. The really friendly environment makes it one of the best place to work.

Everything is good about the company but no one is perfect and from my point of view, mistakes are increasing as the company grows. I can understand that the company has to face such things, but still the company should try to be better than others.
