...mporary basis then ok u can get overtime . If u want to join trainee don't join. U work like hell there and then go home no over time no bonus for trainee. That's no fair.

Only good thing was they give you work location near your place if possible. In my case I got a nearby location but some of my colleagues had to relocate.

... graduates under the guise of campus placements, but the job role remains vague. They promise to designate you as a management trainee, alluring with a competitive salary for newcomers, making unsuspecting students fall into the trap due to Godrej's prestigious reputation. Furthermore, the induction process is meticulously executed, creating an illusion of a dream job. However, the harsh reality dawns on your very first day at the office (store) when you realize it's essentially a B2C sales role with targets wherein you need to sale sofa, cupboards, bed, Almira, etc to customers. The question arises: why wasn't this customer-facing sales job clarified during the interview process? It feels like they manipulate the aspirations of innocent students and their parents. I remember my family's joy when I mentioned joining Godrej, only to discover that they deceived us regarding the job profile. To make matters worse, they make you sign a two-year bond and threaten an 80K penalty for leaving prematurely. My advice is to steer clear of Godrej as a fresh graduate, and even if you're an experienced professional, exercise caution before considering them as an employer.

Here bosses are Boss because of there licking abilities. No one give shit about your knowledge all you have to do is according to your dumb boss. Poltics in office, grouping.

...th good persistence and enthusiasm It never stops you to get on the incentives . The compensation plan is that good that it will never demoralise anyone on any terms. Working for such a brand whose name speaks of itself is always like dream come true .

If I say anything to dislike about Godrej , it never justified my work for Godrej. There are things which are required in Godrej to develop more as in , the work life balance is something they have to work upon , people are supportive and seniors always motivate to grow , but they need kind of ego massage sometimes , which somewhere helps to grow in terms of promotions . One last thing some process need updation for internal customers , remains everything is good with the organisation. Thanks Godrej
