in GN Resound, the excellent part is, I am getting my salary on/before time. I can spend my quality time with my family, due to 5 days week in Resound. in Covid situation also company support all the employee without cutting the salary. I can feel secure in GN Resound, in terms of Job Security.

the company adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team, high quality products and has a global client base. as a result i get to travel abroad.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night.

Nothing is there to be liked .There is extreme level of politics.

There is no clear vision .People here are more concerned about visibility than putting in the effort.If you are sucessful then credit goes to them if planned outcome is not there it you you who is blamed. There is high amount of travel.

Company has Highly Qualified and experienced Management, that's the reason, company is growing day by day. A good atmosphere where employee can enjoy the work journey in a highly positive manner. Company takes care of employee in every criteria, such as increments, promotions, job security, etc.. I am very happy as a part of the company.

I am having a positive culture in my company GN Resound, which help me to think positively while working . Company management is very co-operative and supportive to every employee. The management offers right position to right candidate in internal staff also.
