Environment not good because in winter season on day 2 to 3 degree temperature.and other days very hot days.

Dislikes

I like my job, but my employer has room for improvement regarding staff retention. We’ve had a lot of turnovers, so when we get an email announcing yet another employee is leaving, I can sense the team’s attitude as a whole deteriorating. I’ve enjoyed all the projects and work, and the office atmosphere is lovely.
