Expects exact output with less/no inputs. Management plays a high level politics.. they'll not consider the effort taken by an employee nor provide any hikes or appraisals.. The work pressure is very high, as i joined as a fresher though there is no minimal guidance of basic work process too... Even weekends also need to support if situation demands, with no allowances...
