At training stage also they give salary as per they committed . Friendly , Highly proactive , very attentive HR Team Visionary , forward thinking , inspirational kind owner and higher management also . Incentive also given to advance people. Also very strict with BAD people who misuse company's trust & opportunity . Give chance to work wat site as a BIM member which is a dream became true like situation for me personally
