After working good for company, organizations will not appreciate you. So much internal politics. Once you put the resignation, management started harassing you. Even will not give you proper full and final settlement.

Senior employee do not give proper training to the fresher employee company giving too much load to fresher candidate one department candidate handled two or three department work it is not good

Everything is terrible their. No Job security Company culture is poor Company policies was very very poor It's not corporate sector it's labor culture and their no importance of employees. Important of workers.
