...y bad. Someone else gives the offer letter and someone else gets the work done.Asks at the time of giving salary. Why the target is not achieved and salary is withheld?After working for a whole month, when the turn came to pay the salary, the salary was withheld and it was said that the target was not met. Somehow working environment is average, management is very poor as it is like Lala type company.

Very poor senior Management, always abusing their employees and treating them as a dirt. There is lot of important required in organisation.
