IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FACT HOW MUCH THEY MAY SPEND ON MARKETING AND INFRA, this company cannot give a good working culture even in next 5 years, if keeps the same CEO, SONAL BHARDWAJ, yes this needs to go in BOLD, WORST MAN (even as a person), forget about being a leader! WORST PERSON ON SUCH DESIGNATION - SONAL BHARDWAJ

There's a list of things, but to point out, let me call off a few names! SONAL Bhardwaj, CEO, somebody who is himself so unmanaged and full of himself, ego and arrogance, extremally biased among a bunch of corrupts, cannot see the difference between right and wrong, and has the audacity to fire people overnight, if he's ego takes a toll. POOR CHAP! Joseph Walter Diaz, another egoistic male chap, not worthy calling a leader or a manager, since holds grudged with people for years and years! Extremally intolerant among people with other gender, class and especially religion, irrespective of the fact. MANISH SOAM, another man, with zero manner of taking to anyone, works for Mercedes Benz, but isn't even worth representing a Auto Company, but lucky enough to have this job! Attrition more than 50% every month and quarter, feedbacks full of negative things! BEAWARE YOU GUYS!!!

No work culture. Everyone is everybody’s boss. One come and make policy, the other comes and overrule the previous policy and makes a new one. The owners doesn’t know what they are doing? Keep taking suggestions from here and there. They don’t trust the people who have been there through times, instead takes suggestions from outside/ others.

Totally unprofessional. DSA culture. Is like femily own. Deplomasy is top priority here.No value for quality employees. Only value for those people who keep doing Froud and buttering police.
