The compensation offered is slightly above average however apart from that there is not a single good thing about this company. They will not even provide ID cards to enter their WeWork office premises but will expect you to be seated at your assigned table as though you are a 6th grader in a strict convent. The ID cards and final say in all matters are reserved for the Marathi speaking old guard of this organisation. Its a restrictive and unsupportive place to work

There is a Marathi monopoly at this organisation that don’t play nicely with anyone other than those who speak their language. The old guard of this company are cold and unsupportive. They won’t stand up for you you unless you are a native Marathi speaker

Global pricing always believe in highest quality of work & team work as a result GPI has a global client base with 100% client retention & very good employee retention rate. I was associated with data analysis team & development. It was great experience while leading different type of project, learned lot of new things here. Overall it was great experience.
