Statutory Defaults(PF,ESI,TDS) , Untimely Salary , Pathetic Management . My PF was defaulted for 5 months ( my entire tenor with the organisation, after resigning from the firm, was able to recover the amount only by lodging a grievance with PF Authorities. Management was not even responded to my several follow up mails, hence forced to move to PF Office)
