No benefits, OJT is not good. Salary Will credit to your account on 8th evng… they are not following Client instructions… Not recommended for experience guys.

Working with global is less stress compared with other companies and it's flexible office works is very helpful to maintain the work-life balance

Dislikes

The compensation and benefits were very less and the negative point is that no maternity leaves for female associates.

Good company. They will give opportunities to the individuals those who are expecting a real carrier growth in the Medical Billing industry. The company gave life for me. Thanks to the VP's Ramesh sir, Vanaja mam and Karna sir for believe and gave me the opportunities in a right time.

Employee benefits are slightly less when comparing to other companies.

It was a terrible experience of my career. I join the Global with fake promisea that they have established infrastructure, well management staff. But on the joining we found company took 10 seats on rent into some other company. On joining day, there are no HR present to complete our joining formalities. Got our appointment letter after several complaints to directly CEO. No Payslips , No employee benefits, no such hierarchical to raise or resolve our problems. I was forced to leave company by targeting me and make others threatening for loosing their jobs not to raise voice against management. I sustained in organization till their project got established and fresheres got trained well to handle project. They even denied to give me reliving letters at the time of leaving company. After giving legal notice they provide me my experience letter and PF.

It was completely horrible experience to for work such a company.
