In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. This company is fake..first they called me for interview and called me 4-5 times then at interview they told u have to pay 10k for training...I went there for job interview but it was fake..all the other people who came there for interview were later saying this company wasted their entire day becoz they will make u sit there for almost 4-5 hour then finally they will took ur 2 rounds interview and will ask for money..

it's a fake company first they will ask you to pay 1k for medical purpose and provide you a bmi certificate and then they wil say you are selected come in training for tomorrow and they will charge you 10k for this after 7 days of training then again they will ask you to pay 50k for security amount and provide you a diploma certificate after all this process again they will say congratulations you are Egilable for this job now you have to do Regrestation for 1 lakh mean in total they will ask you 2lakh above and will not provide you any job so it's waste of tym and money thank you
