...work culture here is very bad, they give alpt of work. They put alotof pressure. The worst part is the salary never comes on time. They make alot of salary deductions for invalid reasons.They treat us like a labour and expect 12 hours overtime work in an 8.5 hour workday. Worst team and worst work culture.

As an employee who has been associated with the company for more than 2 years now, I can say that I'm blessed that I got the opportunity. I have realised that if we serve the quality that our bosses expect us to, then no matter what, they are always there to support us. Monika Ma'am is a very supportive woman. All we need to do is, put forward our problems. Whenever we need help for anything, she distributes the work accordingly, so that no one's quality output is sacrificed. I have always received what I was promised at every stage, be it the support about flexible work timings or regular increaments.

Dislikes

Since its a startup, one may struggle in the beginning to understand the work culture and the kind of quality that is expected to be served. If one is not willing to work hard, then they will not be able to balance it.

Having been part of Glecta for two year now, I must say it feel like a family, and monika ma’am is truly a one stop solution to all pur problem. Her unwavering availability and knack of problem solving make her a gem of person . Sudhir sir consistently strives to undeniably my happy place

Worst experience ever. Teachers are expected to be like a slave. Ms. Monika has no work ethics. She keeps taunting just like an aunt. They just want that whomever they recruit should be very much talented and should give them their 24 hours. Though timings ar from 5 pm to 1.30 but they can call you anytime. Forget your sleep,peace of mind if you want to work here.They don't understand anyone can have genuine problems. Ms Monika is very pessimistic.she behaves like a hunter. May God give knowledge to such leaders.

Ms. Monika is a great mentor. She has always helped and guided me in moving forwards. She has always shown utmost care for her employees and encouraged them in doing their best. I have enjoyed working with her and have gained a wonderful experience under her tutelage.

There's a huge learning curve which not a lot of people may be able to grasp.
