New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

It was mrs india competition of 5 days. Which is over now. I haven't started working there but we r getting opportunities and we can see last year participants working with them.... But the training we have got and Beauty sessions we hv attended were A class and i personally have learned alot in 5 days.... I am a different person now.... The trainers were so knowledgeable and good speakers. The director of the company Barkha mam and Abhishek sir are really supportive, protective and caring for their contestants..... I truly love them from the bottom of my heart.
