Tremendous the culture is awesome, I had worked with Tatas, or local companies as well. But the difference I found is culture, your voice matters here. Rather I will say you matters the most management works on the voices raised by employees.

I think salary could be better, but that will increase as I expect because it is a new company.

Company work culture is really good... Good opportunities for women. They have provided all the resources for women employees so that then can manage their personal and professional lives

Only diploma candidates are preferred, so it's best company for diploma students aa compare to BE qualifications because manually working and career ladder is slow
