Lala college, the salary they advertised will not be offer. Range is 15k to 20k hardly. A big fatty man negotiate u all time. He keeps intrest in type test. Posts are vacant all the time as people leave jobs quickly. U can see advertisement 4 times a year over naukri.com or newspaper.

Almost Everything worst work culture they treat you like a slave and even they did not pay your salary. This so-called B-School sucks, it's VC fraud, HR did not know about their HR-related work, they treat you like a peon, not as a professor.

Nice in terms of salary package, centrally located I am working here since 2020 and I have grown myself into a better teacher as the college conducts many faculty development programme which keep you updated with current culture and working techniques.

Ensuring the security of job and supporting us financially by not asking for any kind of salary deduction when we are working from home. Also on physical front by installing sanitation machines and sanitizing tunnel at appropriate places and providing fresh disposable masks the moment we enter the building.

...upportive. Mostly faculties are doctorate, so everyday we learned something new. Salary and appraisal not very gud but satisfactory, job security depends on your work performance.
