I cleared hr and technical round but at the last round i have no idea what happened. Very disappointed

They reserved you main docs for 2.5 years. Suppose if you are surviving a toxic environment then you don’t have a option to quit.

Only thing that I liked that they put us to client with much more number of experience than we had in actually. So by this way we face some really good challenge that help us to grow faster

First of all 2.5 years of one sided bond. They can fire you anytime after EOD and can say don’t come from tomorrow. It can happen anytime, within bond period or after it. Next is terrible work life balance. They always push you to work on more than one project. Then HR department treat you as much lower than labour. There you’ll never be treated as engineers. All rating that people sees on google or glass door it’s from interns that HR asked to post forcefully
