it's challenging and adventurous working with gice becoz they put you in a remote place school as faculty and you are not allowed to relieve your identity and teach student speaking only in english but good that you can improve your english and will be fearless and no security.. all you have to protect you is yourself. Your stage fear will be gone completely.

... in the name of training or to take certificates and trophy's to give students. And whatelese even the salary is credited as neft. But their salary is attractive to fresher's.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
