One can manage time for pg studies . Work is not that hectic for an mbbs here in comparison to government medical officers duty.

Dislikes

No annual increament in salary. Delay in Salary. Less salary as required for mbbs. No single rooms provided to mbbs doctors but clerks are allowed to stay in single room. Mbbs Doctors not allowed to keep their family with them but other clerical and sister staff are leaving with their family in the allotted rooms. Clerks do not listen to a mbbs doctor here they are more superior than a doctor here.

The hospital is good but the HR Mr. Vikas is not a good leader. He uses rough language with staff. The whole work in his dept. is done by his team and not by HR Vikas himself. He only sit on his chair and orders to his team and never accompany his team in their daily work. A good leader always help their employees in their work. But Mr. Vikas is not a good leader, he is only a boos.

Staff is not getting salary at time. And Gian Sagar offers very less salary to new recruit staff as per their work experience.

I started working there in may 2017 till sep 2017 i dint get a single penny of my salary no one even bother to entertain.. They said we release from our job on whtsapp.. Not even a proper mail.. My salary was 22k i had so many hope but it was such a awful experience.. 😭 I worked hard to get my money but they are so mean towards us.. I hate them. So much.. Hate is such a big word but they mentally hraas me so much for my hard earn money.. 😡

I like that because I learned many things ,staff members r very coprative n helpful the environment had good all staff doing with a team they provide Accomotation to the sfaff n increasement also gave every year too

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow salary not gave proper time some time 2months salary pending

Management is very poor, Irrelevant people are taking care of the administration who do not even know A of it, Too much corruption in management, Employees are being looted in the name of salary, No gratuity is being paid even after working for 5 years, worst atmosphere. I would not recommend anyone to work with such a pathetic institute.
