This company will pay the salary said by the job consultancy. The salary depends on the amount we pay to the job consultancy.

Nobody knows that the recruitment process is done through the job consultancy only. Blind M.D. believes the HR Manager and HR Admin to achieve the Vision of the organisation. Sudden terminations occur frequently for the smooth process of their job consultancy business, so that they receive commissions. Worst Catering service "Nellai Krishna" Maintenance Muthu is the right hand of Mr. Bala and rules the company. Mr. Bala Krishnan, (Assistant Managing Director/Plant Head/HR Admin) GESCO HEALTHCARE PVT LTD, 43F & 36, Ambattur, Chennai, is the real M.D., but everybody thinks Mr. Paul Ebenezer is M.D. In google maps this company mentioned the timing as 9:30am to 6:30pm. But this company operates 24hrs. HR Manager will come after 10 am and goes home sharp 6:30 pm Mr. Bala comes before M.D. reach the factory and leaves as soon as the M.D. leaves followed by Muthu. Muthu leaves after Bala. Most importantly there is no parking area. We have to leave our vehicles in the road between 43 F & 36 and no guarantee for our vehicles.

(6.4.24)evening Mr. Bala sir called me and forcefully asked me to write the resignation letter. He gives a reason that is unrelated to my asking why and I never thought that their company oraganization would take such a decision. What crime did I commit so big that you asked me to resign? In our organisation totally 4 interview round I have conducted,I might have been rejected then .but Now after 20 days of working, what is the justification to say that your profile background is not suitable for our company..! Anyone please don't joining in this company this is humble request in that location no any job security
