...fake incentive.... People working in sales are not even given fuel allowance.... No salary hikes, no monthly or yearly bonus, almost making your life hateful

I am working from last 2 year i they have not provided any single increase in salary in lockdown they deduct the salary or many employees and after the unlock tbose who are working and come daily to offices the aslo deduct their salary as well.. Bad management no hr support no increment for any employee..... I u planning to join this olease stay away from this organisation... They call you for work but they domt pay you highly dissoppointed.

Poor management,no hr support and senior are not supportive salary is tooo low and in thst salary they will deduct any cut salalries

It's a good company and I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. Career growth, work environment is also good.. another plus point is is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes we have work 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening.. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. Which bis I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email s from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals . Also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, henceseniorfolks like me have to guide them step by step,who's is pain sometimes.

Work pressure is far lesser compared to other broking firms and the managers are also very supportive and gives proper training and gives good support . More over the company leave policy is also good ( only after getting job confirmation NOT IN PROBATION PERIOD )

If you want stable start .. it is best opportunity for you.. as far as salary is a bit of average but overall its good organisation.. pressure is moderate.. but can handle easily if you are a hard worker.
