there is not a single thing you will like there , they are holding salaries of their employees they will paid only after approaching Ministry of Labour welfare If anyone who dont know about this will lose their hard earned money

they treat employees with partiality, In they are treating south indian people with rational difference, for south indians the salary will be credited after 2-3 days while for north indians on salary day there is no employee welfare they are paying 300 rs for mobile usage bill but deducting 1000 rs from employee salaryfor office use company has to pay the bill but here yu have to pay 1000 rs from your salary against 299 mobile plan alloted to you advice to management if you dont want to support south indians why are you hiring and wasting their careers there will be no leaves for south indian festivals also , during north indian festivals north people will avail leave but south indians has to work, for south indian festivals also south indians have to work this kind of rational behaviour adopted by management

...minate you and they won't provide that travel amount and your last month salery. More portiality inside this company and I recomment not to join this company even if they provide more salary.

Having the prevelage to do work from home. Co-workers are helpful and supportive in every aspects.

...ement and hierarchies are only for name sake. All decisions are taken by owners. In covid situation salary cut is about 33%. Expenses are getting cleared very late.

Very good learning opportunities, their clients are very good, For a fresher a good company to start up with. if you love to travel than you will enjoy your job. very supportive Staff.

Bad work life balance, delay in salary, bill clearance and other compensations. No policies.

Only the thing I liked in Geo was they have done financial year closing ceremony at the end of March in every year. On that day some employees got award on basis of his/her performance.

Dislikes

Most of the thing I dislike was micromanagement, senior person involvement was there in everywhere.
