Nothing. At initial all the things was good but when they got new office the behaviour of all the seniors changes now they have a toxic work environment

Dislikes

Working culture and the senior toxic behaviour all seniors want that you have to sit on seat all the time so that they have a free time for the gossips the working environment is toxic they hire freshers at the salary of 12000-15000 and ask them to give submission after 1 week without any proper training after 3 months at the time of appraisal they show you your working card and dening the appresioal for next 3-6 months and it continues till they find new freshers

They are giving the people false hopes with a group named The Collective, saying they would hire a certain number of people, and they hire no one. But his CEO spends time on social media saying that they advocate for Latinos and they don't do that. It's really weird. 10 months giving people false hopes, and in the end they just tell them they wouldn't go forward in the hiring process. It's like they are pranking the Latinos. Chris Armijo doesn't like Latinos, as he says. Beware. If you check, their contact e-mail is Mr. Armijo's personal e-mail, and the mailing address is his home address. 25 years, and there is not a track from them aside from their own advertising on social media.

Specially Working Experience was Great, Company Environment was Healthy, All the Senior Employee was Supportive.

Everything was great but one thing that i am not feeling good that i am not working in that company .
