I learnt a lot doing a self study. Colleagues back then were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

Dislikes

...start ignoring you and start insulting as much as possible.No bonuses are given. There's something called deferred salary, it gets deducted from your salary and not paid when you quit. Quite shocking but its true. Your take home is less than what is printed on paper, may be around 18k. In case you don't serve notice period you will end up paying thrice or four times what you earn. Any fresher who joins this company hoping to have a bright future is a myth. YOU WILL END UP SPOILING YOUR LIFE.

One thing is that I wouldn't call it a company as it a home converted to company and doesn't feel like a corporate environment as the CEO bought an old home and converted the same into "company". Aftre I leave my home I feel like second home as doesn't have any corporate advantage. Literally you would build everything googling alone with no resources or infrastructure available to work . So in a way you would end googling so much that you never ever googled like that in your life before!

Since I doesn't have any work atmosphere or any kind of corporate atmosphere. I don't know specifically what to call out as dislike: salary, work environment, Management, false promises, or be it anything. So, its mostly everything that you would end up disliking!

There will be employment contract for 2 years if you want to get converted into full time employee and you will be not informed with the company internal policies and rule which will be changing according to the situation. The false promises made by the management at the time of singing the contract.

Dislikes

It is one of the worst and horrible aerospace company. MS engineers are treated as office boys and paid as floor sweepers. No encouragement for new innovations and ideas. Boss never gets projects and has no concern towards employees problems and issues. It is not the place to work if you want exhibit your talent.
