Suitable for bachelors workaholic. Adjustable holidays.

Dislikes

Salary won't be credited on time. It will be delayed sometimes next month. Work pressure. No payslip for freshers. They don't even provide experience certificate for people who work here for years. They ask money to provide experience certificate. You'll be thrown to any client location across the country. And no compensation for out travel.

...lls which is the biggest issue. The management doesn’t address issues on time. Salary is decent but career growth is unknown. Very careless towards the client. The salary will not credit on time. Do not expect salary slip unless you give them reminders.

Working with gennext as an application engineer is a good experiance especially the training for teamcenter software and BMIDE is good . we can explore more and more which eventuallly develops our skill.
