Nothing. I liked nothing about this company.

Dislikes

The company culture is highly demanding, requiring employees to work excessively hard. Additionally, the policies in place are considered unfavorable, and some individuals within the organization exhibit unprofessional behavior. Despite my intention to resign due to these concerns, my attempt was thwarted by the HR department, which declined to hear my perspective, a situation I find disappointing and unprofessional. The HR (Preeti Saini) is very unprofessional.

I find that the recent change to a six-day working week, particularly for night shift employees, has significantly impacted my work-life balance and overall job satisfaction. I believe that a more flexible schedule could enhance employee well-being and productivity.

They have no stable policy(they changed working days from 5 to 6), nothing to learn here and it's totally a night shift for male, which will affect your health significantly and salary is also low, no pf deduction.
