... only motivating thing was that management arrange parties on some occasions 2. Credit of Salary on 1st of every month 3. Now a days got to know that out of 4 Saturdays in a month,they work on only one Saturday. Earlier it was alternate Saturdays off.

There are lot of things about disliking which includes office environment, lack of motivational factors, job security, internal politics, No employee friendly policies, Work pressure, poor management etc.

The company is very good. But there are some people who have stayed in the office with the help of politics.

Dislikes

The company is fine but the seniors of the design department do not understand the importance of hard working people. It is necessary to laugh, joke, make friends. Those who keep quiet and work hard are not appreciated. Due to lack of experience of life, seniors feel that job is a race, while they do not have the experience to live the needs of job, money, work. They don't understand any value of experience. 40k for 20 years experience and 50k for 5 years experience. For the position of seniors, not only people with brains but also those who have good life experience should be such. thanks
