...year plus.. And no time to time salary and wifi bill during this covid pandemic. Salary deduction.. No work secure....very disappointment.. For an employee

The salary is on time and the employees are allowed to work from home.

Dislikes

...t been very clear and open with the internal decisions affecting it's employees. No transparency in the salary deductions and other cut backs. The internet expenses and electricity expenses are never paid on time. No scope for growth or any sort of incentive system to motivate better performance. No amount of growth in work is appreciative with salary increments. Overall a worst place to be stuck with a minimum pay.

Company not supporting during covid-19 lockdown. High margins salary deduction during lockdown. After reopen lockdown the not give full salary.

Management partiality our employees. In 2 years experience they not give any bouns Or salary incriminate.

Non payment of salary on time, no medical benefits, pathetic manager especially in the ITD group. Chief Architect doesnt have a vision. There are no new development projects and technology is just GIS based

it was a very good experience to work in that company all of our employees encouraged to work hard when i was a fresher and the company culture was good we can expect a good career growth throughout the job.

there is a less appraisal when we put maximum effort.and salary was a bit late.
