No issues for holiday & they adjust holiday. also understand our problems. salary on time.

Most of employees are working in low salary. 12hrs working daily lot of time. salary increment not done every year, increment doing after 3 years they also very low. Force to work in Saturday Sunday n no pay for extra working.

Only supportive team leader and work culture.. Thats i like it.

...year plus.. And no time to time salary and wifi bill during this covid pandemic. Salary deduction.. No work secure....very disappointment.. For an employee

The salary is on time and the employees are allowed to work from home.

Dislikes

...t been very clear and open with the internal decisions affecting it's employees. No transparency in the salary deductions and other cut backs. The internet expenses and electricity expenses are never paid on time. No scope for growth or any sort of incentive system to motivate better performance. No amount of growth in work is appreciative with salary increments. Overall a worst place to be stuck with a minimum pay.

Good work environment and culture. Company policy are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year

There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiness

Genesys has facilitated members on WFH by providing the work stations at their doorstep , required furniture and compensation for internet facility. During this period company has best compensated the members who could able to part of WFH due to some constraints. Till now not a single member has lost their job though there are financial crises

All project teams are treated equally regardless of profitability added by the specific team
