I got the conditional offer letter and after continous follow up for 2 weeks with TANYA, BALU and RAMYA, they said that my position is kept on hold by the client. Don't know why these guys are playing such cruel behaviour. Tanya always given me an assurance of my selection on every call and at the end this happened to me. Very pathetic experience I had with "GemSource IT Consulting". This had happened to me, first time in my 8 years of work experience, and the best part is, its a lesson for me.

The best consultancy so far. I have never experienced such professionalism in any of the consultancies that I have worked in my past. Have always received salary on time and prompt responses from HR even though dropping emails at odd hours. Have referred my friends/colleagues already and will be referring in future as well. All the best team

I really appreciate gemsource HR and team . Its very helpful for smooth on-boarding and query resolving issue. Gem source provides the jobs at very reputed clients that will leads the career and skills sets.

Worked for a huge Indian IT company as IT contractor via Gem Source. Gem Source HR is highly responsive. Faced no problem working with them. However, since it's a outsourcing company, there is no job security.
