Hierarchies are there to torture you.There uplift teachers who have english proficiency and no teaching qualifications. They hide facts at time of interviews and reveal after joining. They are liars with good language fluency thats it.They will show good work culture and work life balance but everything is bogus.They are only there to serve rich families.HR is big liar.PLEASE BE AWARE ,DON'T GO FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, the school is a mess

Freedom to wear clothes of your choice. The school doesn't force you to dress conventionally.

Dislikes

Blind trust on Subject Leader of English by the management who is misusing her position. She is an insecure person and wants only sycophants in her team. She is nice to her seniors but is ruthless with newcomers. This is the reason that every English teacher leaves within a few months. If the team doesn't want to work with under the SL then the management should understand that the fault lies in the subject leader.

Gems has provided a variety of experiences and has given ample opportunity to explore and grow as a teacher.

Dislikes

The only drawback is the amount of work load which is often expected after work hours which leads to stressful life. Also, sudden due dates also lead to stress among workers.

Likes

Nothing very special about the place in terms of providing quality education. Parents are very interfering and the school authorities are mere puppets ad it is totally commercial school , to mint money.

Dislikes

All the staff is untrained and inexperienced. No team work, no innovative ideas are implemented, only the directors run it on their whims and fancies .
