the company is a industrial device production company. there i apart of electronics section.about firm,here making different sealing machines of powder,oil,bottle etc for different industries whole around country.about my character of job is doing electronics works and final termination of machine.in company my senior subordinates help learn lot about how being a good discipline nature on work.

dislike matter or the change need from there because of low salary package.the salary also not have a better increment as based on experience.also no more career growth and personality development will occurred.

I got more skilled at my 2D design software. I was waiting to complete my course of 3D software so as to be a machine designer, but left the company due to the lack of cordination.

Dislikes

During the interview I was told that the position is for draftsman, measurements will be provided, I have to draft and take printouts. When I joined, I was the only one in the design department. I was learning 3D software side by side so as to do the designs, but I left the company due to the lack of cordination.
