Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

They are fraud, asked me to join early and in next one month told me that my job profile has been consolidated.

Dislikes

Useless company, nobody should join that salary will come late, no experience letter or payslip no proper documents as well to show in another job.

Constant changes in process and procedures. Poor career oportunities, Is very unestable and lods of layoff in the 5 months I joined the company.
