...isagree with the punching system of attendance. ☹️ It sometimes never works. And nobody take the responsibility to give you salary if you missed the punch but you are present on that day.

Good working environment and HPT empowerment. Campus is good and culture is also fantastic. Management is transparent and teammates are supportive. During covid pandemic management did great job and the vaccination drive is also remarkable.

Salary of the the experienced employees not as per the today's market conditions.

The management dose not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. ignore deciplane culture.on the job training is not given to new rejoiners. And not properly guide for GE culture to new joiners. Ignore strictly prohibited tambako in company.

Good environment to work there . Supporting teammates and all peoples are there. Most important thing is it's ONE GE . There is no dividing criteria . Transport is best as well as Cafeteria also good. Overll Feels satisfied by worked there.

Yes some people making politics things there , which we have to avoid this. Salary is available on time but no salary growth at GE. On job training is not gives to new joinees.
