GBM is not really good company to work under. They are only acting as agent, rather middlemen for billing clients and paying you salary. No employee policy, HR or anything like organisation. My experience is worst of my career with them so far.

No health benefits, no raise even after years, no good leave and compensation.

...so employees are removed from jobs without paying salaries around 3 to 4 months. A number of employees are removed from job without any payment of salary to the employees. So according to me its worst working place.

There is nothing to be liked about this organization. They have predatory nature HR system.

They are not honest, will ask you to reign early but wont let you join the company it may go up to three months. All the expenses will be paid by you , like getting Visa, Medical, Emirati ID card charges , Labor card. The worst thing is they wont tell you until you reach office standing in queue for the cards/medical. They are one of the cheap companies ill practices. Predatory behavior slave treatment 2 months notice period though they will aske you to resign early. if you have chance and multiple offer just ditch them. This company should be the last option. be ready for the HR harassment, they would not reply to your messages , no help with tools.

GBIM is a worst company the bosses are very rude behavior and say very hurtful word about cast they dont know about the knowledge regarding job especially during technical interviews and its not fair that they decide to reject people without even checking their assignments properly.
