1. Job security is less upto mid level developers 2. Project for mobile application was less in number 3. Project management and team management is not good, Biased.

good upskilling, good salary, if manager is good then very good experience

no job security, multiple client issues, no work life balance, toxic managers, you have to put in 2 3 hrs extra daily after 9.30pm because of US client

Upskilling can be improved by bringing in more educational support for benched employees. Internal job opportunities should be implemented and encouraged. Customer is important but at the same time employee should be too. Management should back employees at tough situation or escalations
