Top level management doesn't understand what people need, managers and directors are biharis and baniyas and are biased towards people from their region or cast. HR is not helpful at all and mostly never reply to your email. Power is centralized to only 1-2 people.

I personally like the co-ordination between management and HR . HR is like chamcha of management of you will raise any concern to HR against management. HR will inform the same management and you will be out of the office next day.
