My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing..they are stealing staffs money at the name of shortage..no staff is permanent there..I worked at select City walk store and I earned incentive of 24k but they cuted it and no explanation when I asked they transfer me to Hyderabad and said report within 48 hours hahaha this is the pattern they use to humiliate staff..but no more I am fighting for my rights and I will make sure this pattern will not more for others..in 6 months 4 manager is changed and more than 10 staffs has been changed..this is the reason behind this which I am telling you so zero reviews from my end

Work culture and specially Mr keshav tiwari the VP and HR GM Priyanka laddha are doing dictatorship..if you ask questions you will be transferred to kala Pani..this is the pattern if you get transfer and you can't go there then only resign is the option you have left with..so basically this company is full of shitt management

The brand is excellent but the organization is not good

I have given 8 years with Gant as a store manager before that it was managed by the Arvindlifestyle brand Lmtd it was an awesome experience with them. now it's taken care of by Samarth Lifestyle retail private limited. This organization is not employee-friendly upper management is not good. There is no growth
