Everything seems good UNTIL you join.

...ure by the authorities of the school.People with common sense wont be seen here.You've to be present for duty on Sunday(even though you arent paid for sunday as salary is calculated om the basis of working days ONLY)for being in the good books.Teachers are not willing to come to school and so-called Proxies are a common problem with high working load and ridulculous high working hours.Teachers have to arrive at 8 am and depart at 7:45 pm. They will provide you food in return of your slavery.The problem in the school is common for all.God bless people and so called authorities starting from HODs, Campus Director and Chairman.I am blessed as I left soon after the Principal.

Don’t go for good reviews. Few people are compelled to write a good feedback so that they can trap people. This organisation is good for nothing. Don’t get into this organization by looking at its infrastructure. To get into this organization will be a biggest mistake of one’s life. It is managed by two highly dumb people. The only thing they are good at is exploiting employees.

You will have to deposit one month salary with school which they will never return. And this is their policy. I expect this organisation shuts down asap. They don’t follow cbse norms. Neither do they follow EPF policy. Would be better if you join a school close to your residence with less salary than to work here with absurd people.

This school enhances our teaching experience and enhances our knowledge to learn new things.. The Director, The Promoter, The principal and the vice-principal all are very helpful in motivating us for betterment of school as well as our students

Dislikes

Hardly any dislike.. Drama class can be set up for providing stage to the students who are good at it. Athletic activities can be improved.

I am having wondrous experience at our school. In this nurturing haven of learning and growth,Every student's potential is celebrated, oath by oath. I like Our school's vibrant atmosphere which is full of cheer, being a biology teacher I gots lots and lots of support from my management and school. Gangotri International school belives in invitation and I love to create something new and innovative in which I got all the support from school side. I like the culture of my school where each and every person are being respected in a certain and respective ways.
