This Company culture is ultra toxic with no growth either in terms of hard or soft skills management is even so bad they fired anyone without any reason i pray to god that one day this company gets shutdown

I'm a previous employee of them & my experience is terrible.... there is no job security for the employee, no job satisfaction, company culture is very terrific, ... They don't check background and blindly hire or fire anyone. They fire the old employee (FOE) ,, & hire some useless & toxic people. Overall i had bad experienced over there so that I will suggest u please do RND about the company before invest your time🙏

Work place politics, no work ethics, they terminate employees without any reason, ask female staff to work late nights, no SOPs, no professionalism, managment is very very rude. I hope one day this company will be disappear soon, no tea/coffee for employees, even no pantry or canteen where you can enjoy your lunch, they have hired their relatives who pass each and every activities of the employee to the company owners etc

Ganga is a new but prominent name in the Real Estate sector. Organisation is very good and take care of its employees. Besides salaries on time employees enjoy other benefits like Mediclaim Policy, time off from work, extra curricular activities, parties and fitness activities etc. Overall a good set up.
