Job Security is pretty good because they don't give Employees salary for 3 to 4 months then after giving you one month salary. Work culture is very bad. Company policies good but it not showing at site level.

Salary system is very bad. Even those who have resigned 11months ago they're not getting the salary till Now that's why doing job there is wast of your valuable time.

Sir, This is very good Company.This company has to built my career as particular worked like Transmission line.But I would like to know you that I have worked only 1 year and six months . In this golden period I have learned so many things about my functional work. Thanks Abhimanyu Nayak

Salary issue delayed for months EPF and IT deduct but doesn't pay to the concern dept. People who have left the company still haven't received their FNF salary for months and years

huge Delay in salary company not settled outstanding /due of employee who left this company. PF /Gratuity not paid by company. HR does not respond on mails. PF /TDS not deposited on timely.

...ice management is not good. 2. HR department is very poor and irresponsible. 3. I resigned company due to irregular salary problem. ( Always 6 month late) 4. Till date company not paid my 9 month salary. ( i. e. 7 lakh) 5. HR department not give me Gratuity details ( i. e. 3 lakh) 6. HO people not give any reply of mail, not receive any call. 7. Every person who leaves the company is treated in the same manner and is not given any kind of full and final amount.
