There is a lot of politics, the management doesn't address our issues also on the job training is not given career growth is slow

I worked with gammon safety team as a safety officer before 8 years I observed there is have safety culture and environment really I learn many things with the safety team and project manager.

Dislikes

Timing,, actually the main reason of my resignation was no time to go back room duty start time was fixed 8 am but no off time some time 7 , 8 and 9 pm ok but where is over time. Here should be off time fixed 8 . Am to 5 pm. I resigned but must be followed for other.

excavation, foundation raft casting column casting ,good work environment and culture,the management team is very transparent, there is huge criteria of work experience they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

campany have a lot of politics, managers doesn't address our issues,and there is a bond of 2years before which you can not make resign
