They dont have any vision, never accepts anyone's suggestion, very hard work takers, no good salary, no good culture (fighting culture where co founders keep fighting internally), no hierarchy (U may be asked work by anyone who never know you and your superiors never have issues, they just care for is , everything should be done whoever & whenever they ask.) Anyone who can do some really good work, wont stay here for longer. A company where you can just work when you dont have any other option left (sometimes temporarly!!)

Dislikes

They never do things on their own. Means no innovation, no support for experiements, no time for planned implememtations, no knowledge gaining, no improvements in policy, tech, behaviours. So, bad founders & co-founders, you never feel you work in startup; knowledge of founders so limited and they never accepts others suggestions. World was working from home while covid, these people started office because they have to pay rent of office building!! There is no single point on someone can praise this company. If you find people doing so, either they are same founders or someone who is from very bad environment in his past where talking with smile can change his response. Otherwise, it doesnt look like mobile based product company. They are in market from 5 6 years in fantasy sports domain, still noone whould have listen their name (just because they got extra smart founders!) where companies in same domain within 1 year get better position in market now a days.
