Political environment jehanabad culture discipline zero staff misbehave HR and all dues long time 3 month and it is anjani ,vivek kumar alok mohanty dhananjay ,shashi and security officer all is big boss this company .that is main reason not stay employee here and my self 23 days bonus due 23 and 5 conference and 10 percentage increment due mr vivek kr anjani and alok mohanty is the huge role to stop reason I am belong rajasthan .our brother and other people 8 month increment and one people 3 month increment nishant kumar and this yr bonus 24 2 people 7 days paid mr vinay Chaudhary and 14 days yagnesh pandya .aadmi dekh kar tilak kiya jata hai .

It's a better experience in the sense of company culture and work life balance, in familiar and healthier environment for working with colliuge and seniors.

Not so much to build the skills and as like MNC group.

Products of company are too good but the management is too poor becouse of the sales to all accounts and everything is controlled by a foolish man Arvind sharma Have no idea of sale or feild job only doing unethical pressure .

Dislikes

Working culture and SM and DSM both are illiterate ,the man who is DSM( Radha Raman duwedi) of Lucknow but working as a Area manager have no any such kind a knowledge of sale ,only force to employees for adjustment and take gifts and inputs from employees for his personal use and for further make the pressure for sale the gift for adjustment.

Due to Group President the worst man in industry, overall experience was worsted. MD & Chairman is misguided by one person. UP INCHARGE IS ALSO A MAD MAN.

Company is financially sound need to motivate working culture, but this is not in practice.

The company is determined to have high presence in the Healthcare industry with quality products having presence in mostly all therapeutic segment. The owner is very nice like God Shankar who is very kind to his people but if he got annoyed may be very harsh. Training part , distribution and MIS department is very cooperative.

Dislikes

The environment of the company is changed at 360 by the grace of one person at Top presently who is only person of the earth who is right, honest, dedicated, hard working and loyal to the company. So things are not synchronized and its now attrition rate is very high
